about me

"I have always had a passion for helping others and being active in any way.  When I was younger, I competed in softball, basketball, and volleyball.  I applied my passions to become a fitness trainer.  I have been a fitness professional for seven years.  I aim to motivate, inspire and encourage others to safely reach their fitness goals.  I have worked with all ages and including ballet dancers, cheerleaders, soccer, and tennis players.  Through dedication, determination and hard work, anything is possible."

Individual Training

Individual training is reserved for the individual that is looking for that one on one fitness training with Natalie. A fitness program is designed to meet the clients fitness goals, challenge them to reach new heights and improve well being. It is a 60-minute training session.  

Shared Training

Shared training is designed to be fun, affordable and effective at holding a client to a higher accountability, by training with a partner or friend.  Shared training by Fit by Nat can be shared between two or three persons. It is a 60-minute training session.
